Colorado Top 3 Most tech Savvy State

I am proud to find out that the State of Colorado tops third in the Ten Most Tech Savvy State according to the Milken Institute’s 2008 State Technology and Science Index. Massachusetts tops the tech-savvy state in the nation beating out California, Texas, and New York. Maryland ranks second, followed by Colorado and California as fourth.

Here is the list of the top ten most tech savvy states:

1) Massachusetts

3) Colorado
4) California
5) Washington
6) Virginia
7) Connecticut
8) Utah
9) New Hampshire
10) Rhode Island
