Unknown Caller

My celphone rang earlier and I checked who was calling and didn't recognize the phone number which appeared on my phone screen since it was not listed on my phonebook. Most of time time if I received unknown callers I don't answer the call. I still wonder who called and so I checked and did a reverse phone lookup using the website that I just posted previously and here's what I have found out; I deleted some of the letters in the surname and home address number for the purpose of privacy on the identity of the person. Anyways, I never knew the caller and I was wondering if this person is one of those prank callers, or maybe telemarketers.
